A creamy mousse and ripe fruits, this slow maturing wine will evolve for many years in the cellar!

1 x Reserve Cuvée; This classic Gold medal winning sparkling wine shows great complexity both aromatically and on the palate, expressing ripe red fruit and subtle red apple with great balance. A fine mousse and an excellent lingering finish.

Blanc de Blancs

Tasting Notes:

Delightfully ripe aromas of tarte tatin alongside unwaxed lemon zest. An elegant minerality underpinned with notes of peaches & nectarine, beautifully balanced with decadent lemon tart notes. The deliciously creamy mousse & ripe fruit notes showcase the ripe vintage of 2018. An extremely elegant, slow-maturing wine that promises many years of evolution in the cellar!

Food Parings:

Pairs beautifully with a fresh seafood platter, luxury fish pie or scallops in garlic butter & parmesan crumbs. Why not try with a soft young cheese such as camembert or a whipped goats curd.

Reserve Cuvée

Tasting notes:

This wine has inviting aromas of honeysuckle and apple pie with hints of almonds.The palate has vibrant well structured flavour of ripe citrus fruits & extended lees aging shows the depth of autolytic flavours- nutty brioche and complex orchard fruits. A well balanced, generous, flavourful finish makes this an elegant & extremely moreish wine.

Food Paring:

Wonderful on its own & also work nicely with a wide range of dishes – Eggs Benedict, crumbly farmhouse cheese, hotpot, roasted salmon paté & our favourite match…Fish & Chips!

Rosé Brut

Tasting Notes:

A delightful sparkling Rosé with a pretty pale salmon colour & a delicate Persistent Mousse. On the nose, there are inviting aromas of ripe raspberries & strawberries with elegant pastry notes. On the palate there is an abundance of summer berries, cherries and Victoria plums with a well integrated burst of citrus fruits, reminiscent of summer evenings & Eton Mess.

Food Parings:

The perfect aperitif but also works well with a wide range of foods from shellfish canapés to kalamata olives & feta to Biltong. Why not try with hot smoked salmon & rice salad with a zesty yuzu & miso dressing.

Orders received before 10am are dispatched on a next day delivery service, but please allow 2-3 working days, but can be up to five working days in busy periods.

For deliveries sent by our courier (ParcelForce), an email and text message will be sent to you to let you know when your delivery will arrive. If a landline number is provided, this will not be used – you will just receive an email notification instead. For local deliveries, we will use your number only to call you if lost.

LOCAL DELIVERY: If the delivery address is within GL5, GL6, GL8, GL10 or GL11 then delivery is free for 6+ bottles. This will automatically apply at the check-out. For other orders, a charge of £9.99 will apply.

MAINLAND UK: Delivery is free for all orders over £150 to Mainland UK. For orders under this a charge of £9.99 will apply.

1 x Pinot Précoce 2022; New Vintage Rich, ripe red made from Pinot Précoce and Pinot Noir grapes. Smoky mulberries and black cherries on the nose with an explosion of creamy dark fruits on the palate. Very long and moreish wine which has good structure and depth. Toasted vanilla oak flavours linger on the palate.
1 x Tenterhook 2023; Limited Edition Bright, bold aromas of candied orange peel, roasted peaches and hints of ripe apricot. Subtle notes of vanilla pod and cinnamon from the fermentation and ageing in barrel. Surprisingly rich, yet dry on the palate with notes of spice and grilled orchard fruits.
