A blend of 70% Seyval Blanc, 16% Pinot Blanc and 15% Pinot Gris with fresh aromas of crisp, green apple and a hint of lemon meringue. On the palate there subtle red grapefruit and nectarine with underlying key lime pie characteristics. This is all harmoniously balanced with the sugars, acidity and effervescence leaving the mouthwateringly fresh flavours to linger on the palate.
