Culver Hill
A dry white blend made from Bacchus, Ortega and Pinot Blanc, the Culver Hill is our estate blend and brings out the best elements of all three varieties. The Ortega makes up 50% of the blend, bringing structure and richness to the mid palate, the Pinot Blanc adds bright citrus notes and the Bacchus grape, adds depth and complexity. On the nose are aromas of Braeburn apple, honeysuckle and nectarine that follow through on the palate with subtle minerality, a well balanced acidity and a clean finish.
Orpheus Bacchus
The 2023 vintage Orpheus Bacchus is rich and complex reflecting the ripe and intensly flavoured fruit from the 2023 harvest. Aromatic with gooseberry, elderflower and hints of tropical fruits on the nose. On the palate it builds from
creamy lemon to subtle tropical fruits. It has great flavour length and structure, and lingers on the finish, which is dryand well rounded.
Regent Rosé
A deliciously easy drinking fruit forward rosé. Aromas of ripe alpine strawberries, raspberry and cranberry. A gorgeous salmon pink colour, the palate is alive with raspberry, strawberry and a hint of rhubarb and blood orange. This wine is refreshing, elegant and has a lovely crisp, mouthwatering finish.
Pinot Précoce
The wonderfully ripe 2022 vintage has resulted in a rich red made from Pinot Précoce & Pinot Noir grapes. Pinot Précoce is an early ripening clone of Pinot Noir which is well suited to the English climate with small berries & bunches, providing concentrated flavour & aromas & the Pinot Noir providing finesse & elegance to the wine. Smoky mulberries & black cherries on the nose with an explosion of creamy dark fruits on the palate. Very long & moreish wine which has good structure & depth. Toasted vanilla oak flavours linger on the palate.
Cotswold Classic
Our quintessentially Cotswolds sparkling wine has fresh aromas of ripe red apple and notes of white nectarine. The developing toasted aromas subtly hinting at the 18 months lees aging. The palate is delicate with great fruit precision showing distinctive white stone fruit and ripe apple with a fine mousse. This is all effortlessly balanced with the sugars and acidity, harmoniously leaving the flavours to linger on the palate. An excellent crowd pleaser for toasting any occasion.
Reserve Cuvée
This wine has inviting aromas of honeysuckle and apple pie with hints of almonds.The palate has vibrant well structured flavour of ripe citrus fruits & extended lees aging shows the depth of autolytic flavours- nutty brioche and complex orchard fruits. A well balanced, generoue, flavourful finish makes this an elegant & extremelt moreish wine.
