See below for details of our regular tours and tastings. We also have a programme of events throughout the year such as Fizz & Chips evenings with the award winning Simpson’s Fish & Chips or vineyard tour and dog walk. Our tours run year round however timetables vary seasonally. Please note that ALL tours must be pre-booked via our website, we do not have any walk-in tours. Our tours are for over 18s only and I’m afraid we don’t allow dogs on our classic and sparkling tours.

If you are a large group of more than 8 people please contact us directly to discuss options for your visit, whether you are a group of friends, wine society, or other social group.

Please note that hen and stag parties are not suitable for our public tours, please enquire about a private event.

When do you run your tours and events?

  • Our tours and events run all year round – there is always something going on! Our classic and premium tours run all year round, and we have a busy schedule of special events such as Fizz & Chips evenings, our popular Vineyard Tour & Dog Walk and many others.
  • Please click here to book one of our regular tours or here to view our events schedule.
  • Tours are bookable 6 months in advance and if you are looking for a Saturday afternoon slot then these are usually fully booked several months in advance so please book sooner rather than later.

How do I get to you?

  • Once we have received your reservation and payment has been processed, you will receive an email with detailed directions on how to find us. If you do not receive this, please check your spam inbox, or contact us if you haven’t received it. Please note that all tours and events start at our tasting room at our Woodchester vineyard site and not at our Cellar Door.

Are children allowed on the tours?

  • Unfortunately our vineyard tours are not suitable for anyone under the age of 18.

Can I bring my dog?

  • Unfortunately we cannot have dogs on our classic or premium vineyard and winery tours. We do offer our popular vineyard tour and dog walk at certain time of the year where we welcome dogs of all ages and sizes so please consider booking one of these. 

Is there a taxi firm I can contact to book a ride back?

  • If you are planning to get a taxi to drop off or pick up then these must be booked in advance as there is limited availability and they get booked up very quickly. There are several local firms which we have used. We have used the following firms in the past:

What if I need to change/cancel my reservation?

  • Please contact us at least 48 hours before your tour date if you need to amend or cancel your reservation. We will offer a full refund or can re-book you for another date with 48 hours notice. If you test positive for Covid-19 within 48 hours of your tour – please do not come on your tour. In these circumstances we will happily reschedule your tour free of charge, or provide a full refund if you are unable to reschedule.
  • I’m afraid other than this we cannot offer refunds if you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice. If circumstances are beyond your control, please get in contact with us directly.

I have a gift voucher which I’d like to use against my booking; how can I do this?

  • If you have received a gift voucher, you will have a voucher code included. Please select your dates as normal and add to the basket. The gift voucher code can be entered at the check-out and this will deduct the value of the gift voucher from your order. Please note that if your email/voucher states that you have a ‘coupon code’ then this should be entered in the coupon code box at the check-out. If the full value of your voucher has not been used on this purchase, then the balance will remain to be used on another purchase.
